both boy and girl should have valid date of birth proof, matric certificate or date of birth certificate etc. age should be 18+, valid proof of solmenization of marriage in mandir or gurudwara. come with all original documents, court will grant you protection and you can live freely as husband and wife

hello court marriage is a simple process, but you have be atleast 18 years old and your boyfriend has to be atleast 21 years old for court marriage and after that you both can marry as per your rituals and then get the marriage registered through a simple process but right now the boy has to be atleast of 21 yeara of age to get married, you can otherwise get married at a gurudwara or temple and then wait for 2-3 years as of now

Though legally the boy is not eligible to get married. if you perform the marriage it would be a criminal offence for the boy, however it would have no effect on the marriage. however you people cannot perform court marriage...nor your marriage would be registered
