Protection for senior citizen against harassment by stepmother

My father is 69 years old and is being harassed by step mother.she has cunningly occupied 50% share of my father's ancestral property. She has given that 50 % to my step sister. She is harassing my father for money and making unnecessary expenses to lead a lavish life. She is not allowing him to live peacefully. My father has exhausted all his savings and is diabetic. She is demanding divorce so that she gets a part from that 50% also which is with my father. Every day she engages in abusive language and keeps emotionally torturing him Need immediate and quick resolution. What can be done to protect him against this torture
your father can file civil suit for cancellation of transaction entered between her and your father , even you can proove before the court that the transaction is fraudulent and can seek relief of injunction so that they cannot dispossess property in any manner and divorce in other hand it is a different proceedigs

Yes there is a solution , your father has to take back the property which has given to your step mother. There is a law for welfare of senior citizens, file a case before A.C., and get back his property whether it is immovable or movable. Kindly contact me for ressolve the matter.
