property tranfer to me from my mother's brother

my mother's brother want to adopt me and transfer all his land, property to me! so if he wants to do so his 3 younger sisters sig is necessary or not

Dear Sir,
The adoption can be made if the child is below 14 years or so. The signature of sisters is not necessary except the consent of his wife. Your maternal uncle may also gift the properties in your favour or write a Will in your favour. There are so many options to get the property of your maternal uncle.

I saw your post on this platform, yes if that ancestors sign should be need. adopt process should be legal.
In your case I dont know about your age.

the property subject to transfer is your brother's self acquired property signature of his siblings are not require.
on the otherhand if it is a Ancestral property then all sibblings are required to relinquish their respective share in that deed itself or they have to execute seperate confirmation deed or relinquish deed as the case may be
