sir please .... help me sir my father sold my grandfathers property without my mother permission and my sister. sisters alraedy abou 20 year old i have a 4 sisters and me totaly 5 members .........

You need to answer me the following: I will tell you whether you have right on it. 1. How grandfather`s property got transferred to your father`s name? 2. How many years back it was transferred ? 3. What kind of property ? 4. Who is in possesion of the property now ? 5. Your father`s profession / job ?

Sir In your case if it was the ancestral property you can seek for partition. You have not informed me how your father acquired the property. Please confirm first that how your father obtained the right over the property. If it was the natural incoherence, then you have the right over the property. If the transfer of the property is by way of GIFT or WILL then you father having the absolute right over the property.

Ancestral property can be acquired ur share by filing Partition suit by proving it belongs to ancestors file case through u and ur sisters and u get it according to law. Get entire paper scrutinized by Coll all paper and file suit for partition
