Property issue and no mutual acceptance what to do in this scenario

Hello I'm Shivani Sharma belong to middle class family My grandfather had 3 siblings and had joint property but as now my grandfather is no more and my father was not mentaly stable so they gave whole authority to my other uncle and when we talk about separation of property they always use tentarum and delays everything. Due to all this my mom get so much depressed and she cry a lot because of mental pain and no one in family trying to listen her not even once.. My grandfather had one sister she try to being boss and doesn't listen my mom and now we have no one who can listen us or can understand us what should we do No one is ready for mutual seperation because they want higher share in property. Is there any thing we can do because if i talk about house so house tax is also on my grandfather's name and other agricultural land have many names.
