Property division already done, can i claim share after division?

We have allready divided our property like.. 1.5 guntas plot goes to 1.uncle 2.5 guntas plot goes to me and my brother 3.House goes to 2.uncle 4.Agri land 3 acre goes to Grandfather We did decree to court 2012 now grandfather(Alive) gives Agri land 3 acre only 2.uncle can i claim Agri land & When?
Till yyour grandfather alive u wont get share but after his death u will certainly get ahare as u have said u had partitioned property but u can file a partition suit go on with better beating around bush.

See already got a partition from court ..that is final you have chance to approach the higher court if you not satisfied with that before that it's more important how it was partitioned it was settled on Lok adalath you con't challenge of its order only from court you have chance to appeal

Your question is not clear and it is vague. Since you have made partition between the family which is decreed through court then you can't ask share again in your grand father's property. After the division the property has gone to your grand father and it is now his wish to dispose of the same whomever he want. If any inequality has done in the partition means you would have questioned the partition decree long back when it was held in 2012.
