My son died few months back. His wife claims for her share of property . How much should I give her legally?
Your daughter in law along with her children is eligible to the share as of her husband as per Hindu succession she can claim partition as your son before the court and get her rights for further details you can call me on my number

First of all you have to clear whether that property is in the name of your son. If so then she will have right in the said property. If property is ancestral then she will get the share of son. As in ancestral property your son will get right.
