Property being captured by in-laws how to get out of the situation

My 5 sister in laws are capturing my in laws house in support with mother in laws.My husband is the only son of her mother and father. My husband has spend lots of money approx 3.5 lacs in 4th sister marriage and even spent lots of money in 5th sister education but inspite of all these mother is completely selfish .She hates me that's why want to give all her property to their daughters.What shall we do my husband and i were tensed.Mine marriage gifts and 3.5 lacs moneyis also captured by mother in laws.

You shoul file domestic violdc against your mother in laws and all are who have been involve.hower you will get more relief by the court.in oher ways,you may file 498-A case againts all the involve or accused persons except to your husband.your gift may be get by your in laws hous during compermise.

You can file a partition suit in the inherited property. In addition to it, you can also file criminal case against your in laws for making any kind of harrasment, cheating and all such kind of act. You can also file a criminal case against your mother in law for keeping ur marriage gift and any kind of cruel behaviour.

You have not mention that whether your fayher in law is alive or dead if he alive then or died after 2005 then the daigjters have entitled for equal share in his fathers property you can not prevent them on the ground that you matried them or make expences to get thier education
