Property appeal for property share

My Father and Mother were separated ( not through court ) in my childhood. I didn't get any financial assistance till now from them, My age is 29 now. Can I appeal for a share of property from them ?

You have right to claim the property from your father if your father have any self acquired property. There are some legal aspects and proceedings to file or claim from your parents through court. Did anyone got remarried again with someone? If you have any further doubts. Contact me

as such if you are a Hindu you cannot claim any property which is self acquired by your parents and also you cannot claim any maintenance as you are major in normal circumstances, if there is any ancestrial property then you have a right to claim it
