Dear client,
In your case aged your dad can revoke the settlement deed. Some settlement deeds I can cancel it ( depends upon on settlement deed). No conditions in the settlement deed means ,
Your dad (age based)can revoke the settlement deed, further he can also file for maintenance from his daughter u/s. 125 Cr.P.C.If any issues or problems are created by ur sister means u can file a petition before the court. Then settlement deed can be cancelled or declared null and void only through a civil court
If possible contact a advocate and initiate proceedings without further delay.( your dad age 81 + )

Hello Sir/Madam,
Your query doesn't clearly state whether the settlement was executed by both of your parents. Assuming that it is, since your mother has expired, her settlement cannot be revoked. But your father given his age can definitely revoke the settlement Deed with regard to his share in the property.
