Hi
you can file a case at the nearest woman police station where you are currently staying against your boy friend.
Not only you should be able to file a written complaint in the police station, you should also format your phone as it appears that a spyware has been installed on your phone with out your knowledge through which your phone calls and whatsapp messages are tracked.
You should get your phone formatted in an authorised service center
