Procedure to claim property in case name not present in Will

Meri umar 50 saal or kya mere pita ki arjit ki hui sampatti ki vasiyat me naam na hone ya vasiyat ke na hone par kya mujhe apne pita ki sampatti me hissa milega or yadi kisi ne stamp papper pe sampatti apne naam likhwa lee ho to kyuki ab unki umar 80 se zyada hai or last stage pr hai is awastha me kya mujhe koi hissa mil sakta hai
See if the property has been transferred via any means on the stamp paper then you would have no claim on the property. But you can prove that the property was transferred in a fraudulent manner.
