Mam/ sir .mughe apne husband se maintance chahiye .aur bad me divorce .lakin mere husband na divorce dene ko agree h na maintance .wo kahte h me koi maintance nhi duga na divorce duga mene 406 ,and 498A lagaya h case abhi court me date hui nhi h.plz advice me ki me kiss tarah maintance and divorce le sakti hu.husband ke pass ak resion h na makan h na bank balance aur ab job bhi chod di h ki dena na pade isliye.kese nikal sakta h paisa meri marrige me 15 lacs lage h wo kuch bhi nhi de rahe.aur agar me divorce ke liye bolu to kuch milega ya nhi.plz advice me.
if not from husband apke in laws bhi apko maintenance dengy. Apke pass bahut legal remidies hain for divorce and mentainance both. apko ek complaint crime against women cell mein dalni hainaur court mein meintainance and divorce ki. it will not take much time if you pursue through a good lawyer

Mam, aisi tactics sab male adopt karte hain, but don't take tension in regard. File a case of maintenance u/s 125 crpc and divorce too with domestic violence as a solid ground. He ll have to pay at any cost. Chahe job kare ya na kare but he has to pay. Usse bhag nahi Sakta koi. Jab tak case file nahi hota tabtak sab aise hi kehte hain.
