Our religion is hindu the marriage was happen in bihar and I want to case the against my laws family because they harassed me after the born of baby child so from where I have to case the FIR right now I m living in dehradun and I cant afford the expenses of conveyance.
FIR can be filed only the place where the occurrence took place. Therefore you have to face much difficulty in filing FIR. However if you want any civil relief, you can approach Dehradun Family court as you have special privileges to under Hindu Marriage Act.
