Procedure if two cousins wants to get married

If boy is 19 yrs and girl is above from boy and same religion Hindu or they also cousin can they marriage or by any legally live together

Sir, firstly boy is 19 yrs and permitted age for marriage is 21 years in India. Second if they are cousin then they can't marry according to sec-5 of Hindu marriage Act. For more clarification please contact me through lawrato. Thank you Adv. Sarvesh Roy

नहीं। हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम के अनुसार "निषिद्ध नातेदारी" में किया गया विवाह "शून्य" होता है। अतः यदि कोई भी व्यस्क व्यक्ति ऐसा करता है, तो वह विवाह शून्य अर्थात गैर कानूनी होगा। कानूनी रूप से तो साथ नहीं रह सकते किन्तु व्यस्क होने के कारण अपनी मर्ज़ी से रह सकते हैं, जिसमें आगें जाकर वह अपने कृत्यों के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे।

Firstly boy is less than 21 years therefore he has to attain 21 years secondly you both fall under sapinda relationship therefore u guys cannot marry legally.And therefore your marriage will be illegal in the eyes of law.
