If the case is false, we can approach High Court challenging the FIR itself. In this process we can get stay on arrest. Otherwise, we can apply for bail in lower courts and then in High Court if need arises. Secondly, you need to clarify whether there is an FIR or you have been summoned by court on a complaint by the opposite party.

This is a common phenomenon nowadays. By looking at the sections it seems that all of you should get bail however final call can only be taken after seeing the FIR. If the charge sheet is not yet filed you will have to approach the high court praying for stay on arrest.
