Hindu marriage act agar ap hun to har case pe lagu hoga aisa nai hai ki st hone ki wajah se nai lagu hoga aur duari baat ye ki ex-party ka jo order hai usko restoration ya recall ya hosakta hai agar judgment agaya hai to apko high court jana pad sakta hai aur rahi baat apko money problem ki to aisa niyam hai ki apke pati.dara court apko sara kharch dilayegi.

Q: Procedure to release bike confiscated by police for not paying challan

I was riding the bike of my friend. I didn't have DL and RC of the bike. traffic police seized the bike and issued a court challan in my name. now the court will impose fine on whom, on the driver i.e me or on the owner of the bike ?

Q: Divorce case already filed by mutual consent now wife refusing

Hello, I got married in 2013,but till February 2017..my wife doesn't allow me to established physical relationship ...she was humiliating mentally...domestically violent...and we are living separate since August 2015...I filed a divorce...in February 2017..in starting she was not ready for divorce..but later on she was ready to the divorce...case goes in mediation centre...there also..every thing is in favour..of me..mediation report is also is in favour of me ...I hv already returned..all the gifts I got in marriage..each and every thing..and as decided..i have return the money..in the form of Demand draft also..( which was submitted) in the court...tomorrow is the hearing...but..now my wife is suddenly arrived at my house nd starts saying that now I will not go any where..and started living at my house forcefully ...Now I cant understand what to do..please advice me sir..please.

Q: Murder case filed victim's family not appearing in court

Murder Case was 1984, at that time my client was not that place at that time, but Victim Femily written FIR and my client name has been in the report that is the procedure to be Handle this case as case was almose 30 year old and oppsition femiliy never present on any date of Case. Please advise.

Bahut sare option hai agar victim ki family appear nai horahi to court se notice bhijwaiye waise unka har date me appearance jaruri nai hota aur jab us time apka clint nai tha to usko prove kijiye kuch nai evidence hai.to FIR ko quash kar dijiye usi ko.ground banaiye apne clint ke liye victim ko b notice court se bhejwaiye ki court ka samay barbad kar rahe inko b appear hona jaruri hai .Waise kis stage pe case hai us hisab se court bulayegi .
