Procedure for court marriage under special marriage Act.

I am hindu boy and she is muslim girl. I am afraid about that if the family of girl force a girl to Marry to a muslim boy and we love each other and i want to marry her and she is also want to marry me. Then what should we do?
you have to register your marriage under the special marriage act where you stay and get the marriage certificate. Being a Hindu boy and muslim girl it will be the only best way if you don't want to change your religion.

Dear in ur matter u have to register ur mrg under special mrg act for that 3 witness require u.1 month notice period and than u have to reguster your mrg and after that u will get certificate in just 5 days
