Procedure for court marriage in case parents does not agree.

As girls parents is against our wishes of marriage can I apply for court marriage

If the your age is above 21 and your spouse's age is above 18 years then you can applied for registration of marriage before Marriage Registrar. But marriage will be registered according to the Special Marriage Act. For further information please contact with a lawyer.

if both the girl and the boy are hindu by religion by way of Section 7(2) of the Hindu Marriage act both of you in presence of your friends over video recording you can get married by way of 7 steps (i.e. saptapadi) in a mandir and then register with a Hindu marriage registrar within 7 days. Detailed discussion is necessary.

yes, you can do it if your age is 18+. Before taking that step think deeply why your parent is against your decision. Discuss with them about their logic behind it. Then If, you think that they have no rational/relevant points on their such opinion you may ignore them.
