You have to get your marriage registered in accordance with the provisions of the Special Marriages Act. Please contact the Marriage Officer at the Registrar's Office having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.

Religion based only they will register the marriage not caste.In your case Christian girl & Hindu boy so your marriage going to registered under special marriage act 1954. ( Government registration office)only. if boy convicted (Hindu to christian )means they will registered under Christian marriage act only ...
Church (CSI,RC.....)means they will ask for convicted certificate .Independent church means they will arrange it ....
