Procedure for annulment after 3 months of marriage

My brother married one and half year back. She got separated from my parents after 3 months of marriage by creating issues like death threating, writing suicide notes, going out midnight physical torture to him etc. Telling Not to meet his parents and all. He is really fed up. How can he file petition against her for applying diVorce.
Your brother can file a petition for divorce in family court on the ground of mental and physical cruelty against his wife, unless a petition is filed the husband cannot get any relief so collect all the documents and ask him to file the petition for divorce.

You can file a petition for divorce under the provision of law under the various grounds as per law like desertion ,cruelty.adultery and non consummation of marriage .After the one year from marriage you can file divorce

Hi if your brother is not staying with his wife for more than one year then that is sufficient grounds on which he can seek for divorce on restitution of conjugal rights. If his wife is not willing for separation then let your brother state the facts and grounds of all the torture and threatening's that he has been facing so far to the court to prove the grounds for separation.
