Procedure against husband on not paying maintaining the child.

I file case for my children and one lac is granted by court but my husband is working in Dubai and did not attend singal hearing.now on my next date my advocate is saying your case is closed.and the reason is I have not attend hearing from 2015 that is totally wrong if I don't attend then how court pass one lac.now whar is a procesure to re open case.

First of all we have to file a Restoration petition in the concern Court and we have to take an order from the court to permission to be restored the previous petition
