Problem related to husband and his family behavior

I'm Asha Singh, Its been one year for my marriage I am facing issues, disputs and fight along with my husband and as well as his family members regarding small issues of household matters, doubting upon me.

Issues with the new family members is always there. If your problem is intolerable and the fight is at a larger scale you can approach the CAW Cell of your concerned area. If there is some other bigger issues you can always file for Domestic Violence.

You can initiate a complaint under domestic violence act and can seek maintenance, separate residence order, return of stridhan and compensation. Further you may file a complaint before the CAW cell enunciating all specific incidents and pursue for FIR. Lastly you can opt to file a divorce case on the ground of cruelty
