Probate Related Issues Need A Lawyer

We need to get in touch with a lawyer who is best for probate relate issues of a family property asap. Wan to know how to approach for probate with certain clauses

Probate is usually done best if done from high court, it is equivallent to making registry but the value of it remains high if done from high court and maximum court fees is Rs.Fifty thousand that is needed. If probate done from high court weightage remains on the higher side

If you have a will then in my opinion you can file an probate application before the district court but without detail discussion and without document review proper consult is not possible.
