Pre Marriage Documentation for protection

this will be a stupid question :-)
We are getting married and do not want issues if things go wrong. Is there any way we can do a legal document that my the girl and boy are marrying on their own will and parents should not be implicated into any cases if the marriage does not work out.
If the boy and girl are adults ( 21 for boy and 18 for girl ) and geting married then parents can not be held responsible for not working out of marraige however even after this if one wants to be sure than you can ho ahead and ask the boy and girl to sign the affidavit stating they are marrying on their own will and no one will be responsible later if marriage does not work out .
