Post death of father if unwilled, how to transfer it to mother

Respected Sir, Father passed away without a will on a house bought by him. As we are two sisters, learnt property gets equally devided among we two sisters and my mother. But post getting three shares, is there a way to make the whole property owned by my mother in a legal way?. We both sisters do not have any objections to make it to my mother.
Kindly guide me the legal procedure for the same.
