Please help I am broken and I cant take more mental pressure.

Hi, I got married 11 months ago. She stayed only one month in my house. After that her mother was ill so she never comeback. She got pregnant also and now saying she will not come back and asking money from me. She is also employed and getting more or less same salary. They have legacy issue. Her mother and grandmother also left inlaws house and separated. This I knew recently. Can I fill a case against her and how. It was a love marriage.

yes you can file for divorce since you both don't want to live with each other if you both agree for divorce then it will be mutual divorce or if only one party agrees then it will be contested divorce

yes the very first thing you need to inform police of the detail overdeal and then file a case for her return back to your home so that false cases are not filed against but you have do them immediately to save yourself

you can certainly file a case of contested divorce against her which most likely will be preceded by a order of restitution of conjugal right or judicial separation depending on what you both want. in any case maintenance for the child will have to be borne by you and her jointly if you both are equally placed economically. her legacy or your status of love marraige will be immaterial. rest of it can be sorted out by fixing an appointment with your counsel.
