Physical assault by son on father

My father and mother are living in their house ith my brother.He abuses and shouts everytime and last week he assalted my father and he had a fracture on his hand and huge bumps on his forehead. My father wants his son to be out of the house . How can he proceed by going legal because he is not leaving the house

hello client as i can see your issue it can be done your father has full right to decide who can live in his house and who can not . in this matter you father need to move through court to send his son out of house.

Your father must file a written complaint against him in the police station of their area just in case he does any further acts. He can also be disowned from the movable and immovable properties of your father’s property. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If the property belongs to your father then he can evict your brother from the property by filing civil suit for eviction. Also the harassment can be prevented by filing a suit for injunction against him refraining to enter in the house. For any further query please feel free to contact. Thanks
