Petition for RCR is filed without my signature

Can my lawyer file a petition for RCR without my signature or with a digital signature. And how long does it take for the case registration no. To be recieved and will I also know the next date of hearing on the same day when we file for petition. Pls help me with right information. My lawyer states she filed a petition but she did not shw me the draft nor she did not send me any copies of the document that was filed. She says she has not yet recieved the registration number

once case is filed very same you will get case number and after got the case number notice will go to opposite party and without your signature cannot file any petition but if you says that or if you permit her file case behalf of you than only she can

Dear Sir, In Family Courts there are so many formalities to be complied before its registration. In Bengaluru the Digital signature is not acceptable. Further RCR cannot be filed without the signature. Filing number may be given on the filing date if all the documents are produced.
