I have filed maintenance recovery petition. How long will it take for grant to order it and what will be the procedure?

Dear Madam
The law is very clear such applications to be disposed of within 30 days as per the provisions of Domestic violence Act. Futhet under section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code many Court passing interim Maintenance order on the first day of filing it. The only question is executing such order. But some DV courts not disposed such interim applications even for 4 years as there is no administrative check and control.
