Person took loan from me and i have no proof now he defrauded me

In 2016 a person need help, basically they need some money, so I decided to gave him Rs. 130,000 . without any proof and evidence. I gave him money but I don't have any Proof. but they give me 75,000 by bank now they said me I have you ₹75,000 thousands I have a proof give my money. now what I have to do...

It will be difficult to prove without any proof. Do you have any witnesses then that may also help.or if you have a blank cheque signed by the other party as a security cheque then you can present the same and if it is dishonored then you can file a case under NI Act for cheque bounce.as regards 75000, you can always say that he had borrowed from you and has paid back.

Sir then you should go to the police and file private complaint there . As you don't have any evidence but the money you give was definitely to be returned. This thing only police can do . Go to the police and tell them that how much you give him and how much he returned.

You can file a case of Recovery (Civil Suit) against him with the bank proof of payment of Rs.75,000/- . as it will proof under what liability he has paid the said amount to you . So you must take a proof of bank before filing the case.
