Perform court marriage but hide about divorce

10-May-2023 (In Family Law)
I am engaged to a man who knows I am a divorcee. We want to go for court marriage but the problem is I don't want to mention on papers that I am divorced. My fiancé and his family are already aware but I do not want to include my past in my present and future. Is it going to be a legal issue if I mention my marital status as Single in the court marriage application ?

I have perused your query, u can perform the second marriage with the person with whom you are engaged now. if u already got divorce decree u can perform marriage again with your own desire. there is no need to show on paper that u r divorcee.

Yes, it is going to create legal issues in future. Better you should disclose that you are Divorcee while getting married again. Otherwise, your Husband with whom you are marrying might on having dispute with you tomorrow can claim that intentionally you had fraudulently married with her & in proof, he can show your mutual Marriage Petition in which you are declaring yourself as Single for marrying your Fiance.
