Iam not a family member or even nibhour my brother in law's wife filed 498A 448,323,506.. against me in 2021,as A5. I got a job opportunity in Europe country. Do I eligible to apply PCC

If you are A5 then you can apply for a quash petition in the high court and you can come out from this case , need more information contact us we help you how to come out from this case , filing in high court one you need attend in lower court only for one or two hearings you have to ....second if your case is disposed then you need not attend

If you applied also it should be rejected untill you have to prove your innocence. By the court you need to get a relief from the case. Untill you were not able to leave the country Because it's a criminal case.
