03-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
My Hindu mother in law has left a registered will by which my wife has to pay her 2 nephews a clearly defined specific sum of money to each. How should my wife make these 2 payments so that there is no problems in future.

Specific sum for what purpose and towards which transaction? Your question is unclear. The Will of your mother in law must be read completely before making any arrangement as to payment. Payments if any may be made and a deed may be made and registered.
