aap unke upr domestic voilance ka case kro aur manintance ka case kro enpe Guzzara bhtaaa ke liye tk hai aur unke upr adulrty ka bhi case banta hai yr sare case kro tb Jake vo shi hga or paise dega aap logo ko

first of all you file a case for maintenance in the cjm court under bnss section 144 old section 125 crpc. If you wanted to file divorce then you can also file divorce in corresponding personal law. for further assistance please contact Himanshu Singh Chauhan

ap domestic violence ka case aur maintenance ka case apne husband ke against kr skti hai jesa ki apne btya ki 3 bache hai to uska bhi maintenance bhi apko mil skta hai aur ap one sided divorce bhi le skte ho agr aap ni rhna chahte ho bacho ki custody ap le skte ho
