Hello as a married wife you can go to your matrimonial home. As your case is already in women cell you can inform women police station so that police can record statement of your husband and in-laws and no false case can be filed against you. if problem persist file complaint under domestic violence act and get residence order from court. In case you have spent money in purchase of house and have share in title you cannot be evicted from that house.
