partiton suit filed by my father's cousins

The judgement in lower court is is in favor of my father .2 nd generation is unable to divide property .The Revenue department (Mandal Revenue Officer)is not transfering properties against a will ' to my Fathers name & are not issuing land pass books because of pending case in High Court.Because of the above 3rd &4th generation are aiso suffering .

you are already availing all the legal recourses you have. as you said that the will and lower court judgement are in favour of your father, Now you have to wait until the pronouncement of judgement of high court or you have to Settle the issue with your family members amicably to end the legal battle.

get the case at high court in listing and then argue the matter. till the high court matter is decided u cannot go further. secondly basing on the will MRo need not put hindramces to ur father. there wont be any stay by the high court. MRO is aupposed to effect mutations.
