Parents property divide between children in future

Our parents have not made any will we are three children two brothers and one sister after my parents suppose any thing happens to us among three then the property will be divided among rest two or us two and third persons family will also get a share

If the nature of the property is ancestral, your parents can not do so. You can file a suit of partition and can get your share.

But before doing so, better involve some elders of the society and try to resolve the things. Courts should be the last resort.

Sorry for your biggest loss of parents .From above I understand that neither of your parents have prepared or discussed the succession of movable or immovable division of property and assets that are legally obliged to be entitled to all the immediate legal heirs of the family and that is the children born out of this wedlock of your parents
