Parents being harassed by brother and his wife

28-Mar-2023 (In Family Law)
My parents stay with my brother and his wife, last year my parents bought a house there old property from lucknow and bought a flat in delhi, because the amount of the property in lucknow was less so my brother took a loan for the remaining amount and started paying the emi, however in January my brother and his wife has a fight amongst each other and and now his wife says that I will only stay with you if your parents will leave this house and stay on a rental house. My parents said no to this condition and now both my brother and his wife have said you want us to move out of this house then we will not pay the emi not will give you any amount for the support as my parents are senior citizens and do not have any income or pension for the survival. They are completely dependent on my brother. They are torturing them daily how to solve the problem as they do not want to talk on this topic at all? Anyone plz help

You can always let your parents file a written complaint with the police station of their area. Half the solution will be resolved by this and even if their attitude remains the same and if your parents want to go legal then they can file a complaint under 125 CrPC before the magistrate of their area and claim their monthly maintenance. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
