Parents are torturing mentally and physically wants to know her rights

Am of 17 years old my parents are torturing me.. I would like to tke help from u people what kind of acts are related to this nd what I can do as a citizen of India.. what are my laws !! How I protect myself... plz help me

You must approach child welfare committee..... And call them on toll free number 1098... 24-hour, free, emergency phone service for children in need of aid and assistance..

Hello You can give complaint to local police station if any body is putting pressure on you or torturing you whether it is physical or mentally.if you want to know more either call me at my given no or mail me

dear questioner,as a citizen of India there is no specific laws or acts which can protect a ward from their guardian or parents. for doing something independently you must be major,i mean you must be of 18 yrs. and then you are legally eligible to take some actions against the person ,you are apprehended from. so the point is against parents no action can be taken unless you become major.

Hi I want to know, how and what kind of torture , physical or mental... n parents r maintained to you or not... if not maintained, then you can file a application against them for maintenance in the court....
