Q: Police had Impound Passport without intimation to Passport Authority

Dear Sir/Madam I was booked in a case 2016 and Police inspector had impounded my Passport in 2016 and still kept with him in police station.but now I come to know that police cannot impound Passport of anybody else.Even he didn't send any letter to passport authority regarding impounding of my passport in Police Station. So kindly guide me can I get Criminal Case registered against the Police Inspector.

hello as I did your query your query you that this is perfectly fine thing is officer cannot impound your passport without having any authority second thing I want to tell you can only go for departmental enquiry but not for and complain.l mean to say that you can file a complaint in the department only but you never you cannot go for any criminal proceedings against the police officer thank you

Q: Quash FIR 482 crpc ? My wife had file case 498a/323 .

My wife had filed a 498a and 323 FIR, My wife alleged that my spouse threw kerosene and set her on fire and warmed of my arms and head. Medical report was absolutely normal by the doctor. A video was created by me that my wife is perfectly safe in the video recording. Can I be relieved to cancel the FIR through the video proof 482?

hi, as you revealed that medical report is safe and normal and you have video recording then perfect chance to succeed under section 482 CRPC. HOWEVER AM NOT CLEAR THAT ARE YOU GOING FOR QUASHING THE FIR OR WHAT REMEDY YOU ARE GOING TO AVAIL UNDER 482 CRPC. hi there, first of all ensure her nationality. of course when the nationality will be clear we require her documents...you can marry as soon as possible. your Marriage will be registered under the special marriage act in India. confirm the visa rules from jordan too. as marriage is not a problem but the visa problem may occur to you.

Q: Personal loan default for 2 banks

I lost my job due to which was unable to pay EMIs for my personal loans of RS. 15 lacs and 10 lacs from 2 different banks ...I initially paid EMIs for 2 years but could not pay for remaining tenure of 3 years .....it has been more than 8 months now I was unable to pay them ...want to know can they file a lawsuit against me and send me to jail or attach my property to their loan .....becoz recovery agents are threatening me saying they have a warrant against me please advise .....

hi, sir you should settle it as early as possible. if the lawsuit against you has been pursued chances of attachment is very much there. you can do one thing. you can meet recovery manager and ask him for settlement explaining your current situation. your situation gets better by appearing yourself before them.
