Parent name is included in legal heir certificate

08-May-2023 (In Family Law)
My father passed away 2.5 years ago. My father's mother was alive that time so we had to include her as one of the legal heir. Now My grandmother also passed away one year ago. My grandmother had 8 children including my dad. Will the share of the property go to my father's siblings too?? Now will there be any dispute for me in claiming the properties that my dad owned??. The properties are not ancestral. Religion- Hindu
