Ok, thanks. How about the house? She locked it and left. What i need to do if I've to stay in my house? I can't go for rental as all things are inside.

if you are the owner.. you can break the lock to have ur belongings.. and also can decide on to stay there.. the above is very brief.. for to render legal advice . if you can give the details of the event

Did your wife file any cases against you like 498A, Domestic Violence Case, Maintenance case and Divorce, if she is holding any judgement in favour of her she has all the rights to lock the property, if No cases filed she cannot lock the house which is jointly living together.
