nullify the mediation settlement agreement

we both are Hindu. i filed complaint against my husband in CAW CELL .then they send our case to mediation center where we both agreed on some terms and signed a settlement .but after that i came to know some facts which was not disclosed by my husband to me or to the learned mediator which can affect my decision of settlement .ow i don't want to follow that old agreement so what should i do either to make that agreement completely null and void or to add new clause in that agreement.please help me. this settlement was signed on 8/2/19 and i went to mediation center on Monday i.e.11/2/19 but they are saying nothing can be done now they cant do anything .

Query perused. We will advise you to write to the mediator and the caw and the IO of the CAW cell that you had been coerced into signing the agreement before the mediator. As a result of this alleged coercion, you refused to abide by it and want it to be set aside. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.

Depend on what were the terms and conditions put down in black and white in the settlement agreement. But there is narrow scope to escape from a settlement, unless you can show to the court that the settlement was achieved by frivolous means. Thanks and Regards
