NRI husband not file my H4 visa application not response to my call

My husband working in usa on H1B visa.We married in 29th may 2019.He is not file my Dependent Visa application and when i am ask him about it he ignore my message and call even not talk with me.He is MoMA's boy.What can i do?? My in laws mentally harass me every time.

hi in this case you can proceed to send legal notice for restitution of conjugal rights. in the said notice you can ask him to comply with all the necessary requirements for your visa you can also serve notice to in-laws in respect of metal harassment caused by them
