Newly Married-Cheating husband-Have Proof of calls and sms(CDR)

I am newly married we lived together for 2 months only.My husband was not talking to me properly from the day of marriage.He was avoiding physical contact also.he was always with mobile and close the door when he gets call and talk secretly.When i ask about this he use to fight with me.Then I found a bill of sweet and snacks purchase in his bag bought at 12.54pm 10km from my home.It was a working day he should be at office at that time. he usually leave home by 8 o clock and reach office by 10 o clk.When i asked about this he beated me and used abused words.Then next day he and his parents gave complaint in police station.He said i dont like this girl.So we planned to proceed with mutual divorce.i am living with my parents now.I got his call and sms details.He was talking with one girl before our marriage itself.I have the duration of calls and amount of text messages he sent (500 sms) in 3 months.He cheated our family by the name of marriage.How can I prove this legally

According to this issue, you may lodge a complaint nearby all women police station, stated that how you are cheated. and also you can file a petition before district social welfare officer, stated that domestic violence cruelty.

n a mutual consent divorce, the husband and wife mutually agree to separate and end the marriage. ... Under Section- 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, a provision has been provided for mutual consent divorce wherein certain conditions must be satisfied by the parties to get a divorce.

Good evening You can file divorce petition and domestic violence petition before social welfare officer and before concern court and ask maintenance and permanent alimony also If you want further assistance let me know
