Need to register a wedding but we have moved city

We were married in 2014. Marriage is not legally registered yet. We got the appointment in 2022 November and got it for June 2023. Now we moved to Pune plus few of the withness are not available. nMy questions are:n1) can we do something like Tatkal registration ?n2) can we register in Pune? But we married on Mumbai’s RC WARD.n3) can we re-schedule our appointment from June 23. We are defiantly going to miss it.
Yes you can register in pune, if you have residencial proof here. there would be charges applicable for taktkal registration. also please confirm whether you have also registered in Mumbai. if yes then get in touch with any agent or lawyer and ask him to reschedule the date.
