Need to legally separate from Parents

I am a widow with 5 yr old baby. My wife passed away and since then my parents are spying on every single move of mine and do not allow me the freedom to be myself. I would like to legally severe ties with them. Every time I am threatened of taking my kid away and giving her to my deceased wife's family members. I earn good money and am capable of taking care of my daughter. I want to peacefully lead my life and take care of my daughter. Help me .

yes as you are a father and you have all the rights to do as you think best for yourself and your child, if you are staying with them you can stay separately in your own house with seperate cooking or you can just stay somewhere else and you can give the custody of the child legally to your wife's family. there is no legal hurdle any where for you to exercise your rights in respect of yourself and your child , just you have to be bold and strong to take decisions.

If any of parents dies then automatically custody right on child comes to another parent. So you need not to worry and if they are threatening and spying you you can complain the police for same and then also they wouldn’t listen then we can seek measures from court.
