Need to know my options and rights

My husband is diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. A qualified psychiatrist was treating him, however his brothers, mother, and sis-in-law instigated him saying only meditation cures his illness, due to which he doesnt want to get treated anymore. Since he stopped his medication he has become very abusive towards me. He often threatens me with divorce. I want know my rights to ask his family to stop interfering in his medication legally.

As you are the wife you can file a case of domestic violence and get a restraining order from court so that they stop interference in your husband' s medical problems, if your husband is abusing you etc you have a right to file a case against him too, further it is very difficult for him to get divorce, in the other hand you can get a divorce easily along with maintenance or permanent alimony if you intend to get a divorce if the marriage is not working. if your husband withdraws from your company you can also file restitution of conjugal rights.

Dear Madam, You have two options. You can file a civil suit for permanent injunction restraining them from interfering in your family life. Secondly, you can file Domestic Violence against them and also other cases to teach them a lesson and take them under control.
