Need to go abroad due to office work

My brothers wife has charged DV, 498A, etc... against my brother. She has added my name, my wife name and my mother and father name as well. Now my company preparing my work permit visa for 2years.
Since we have got conditional bail from court that no one can go abroad without court permission. Please advice.

you have to file before the same court from whete the bail was granted for permissiom to go abroad for work purpose and that u have to file the air tickets, visa for what work are u goin the company's letter stating u have been appointed for the said work, the time period for which u will b out of the country wen will u return also u have to show the designation you work so that if ur not aloowed to go that will effect your job and reputation
